I saw Victor Aleman's loopita chair and thought I would make my own version of it. His is made up of a seres of parts bolted together but I have the luxury of not worrying about the practical aspect of building and moving it. I made the rails all in one piece (pretty hard to do in the real world)

Is it furniture or is it art? It looks like both! :)

I was impressed by the design as there aren't many pieces of furniture made now that don't look at some already existing piece of furniture for inspiration and still be functional/stylish. I'm not knocking anything as it's just hard to do so when somebody does it I think "wow"
