Sorry I can't now make video before Monday but you can see these 7 videos that I made about helper lines
all left column buttons: Just press on them

Sorry in French but very visual !

Normally with the Final V3 we must have "variable" Fillet and Chamfer !
So your example :)

Hi mir4ea - one of the script sets the cplane origin to be centered along the view direction, while the other one keeps the current cplane origin at its same location and only changes the orientation of the cplane towards the view direction.

Hi mir4ea,

> Good get it. How can it be used?

I'm kind of confused - didn't you write above that you were using one of those scripts already?

Probably the most simple one is the one that places the cplane origin at the view target point, this one:

script: /* Set construction plane to align with 3D view */ moi.view.setCPlane( moi.ui.mainWindow.viewpanel.getViewport('3D').targetFrame );

To use it, set up a shortcut key and past the above into the "command" part of the shortcut key. Then when you pus that key the drawing plane should update to match the current view orientation of the 3D view.

Hi mir4ea,

Danny had requested a version that did not change the origin location, only the orientation, I'm not really exactly sure what the specific reason for that was.
