Construction line snap plane feature...missing on osx v3 beta

Be sure to note in the instructions that:

The 2 construction lines must have the "same starting point" for the new snap to kick in......

I just tested it with the latest v3 osx beta and over here it's working ok for me...

Like Burr mentions make sure you have placed the start point of both construction lines snapped on to the very same point.

You also need to have "Straight snap" enabled (turn it on next to Grid snap in the bottom toolbar) in order for it to kick in.

Ok got it
In was doing it backwards. The construction lines would intersect but I had not started them at the point of intersection.
