Hi Pilou, sorry I don't understand what the "without double edges" part means... ?

Back a while ago I did add an additional mode to that OBJ converter program, the original mode is that it converts one line for every edge in the mesh - the second mode is that it makes a closed polyline for every polygon in the mesh. That second mode is ready to be selected and converted to planar surface as long as the polygons were actually planar.

yes but when original OBJ object has not double edges you can"t make in Moi in one pass all planar faces of the imported model
You have each line yes, but not all faces as separated faces so planar don't work in one pass

That's not true anymore, there is now a second mode for the OBJ converter that will make one closed polyline for every face, instead of one line for every shared edge. It puts up a dialog that gives you the option between those 2 modes.

I think you're remembering only the original mode that it had and not the new one.
