I was wondering if it's possible to do something like the Push Pull in sketchup.

You pick a closed curve (or a surface) on a solid

or

You pick a closed curve (or a surface) then select a solid

Then

Extrude in one direction = regular extrude
Extrude in the direction of the solid, once you intersect with it = extrude then boolean

Instead of calculating the boolean in real time it would just display the hidden line (kinda when you use the move command)

Sound possible ?

Yup, this is still on my list of stuff to work on.

The way I was thinking of making it work is to make it part of the regular Extrude command, and have it triggered when you have both a solid as well as a set of curves selected before doing the extrude, I think that could then work as the signal to do the automatic boolean of the results with that selected solid. Hopefully that will keep things streamlined without needing to have extra options or picking steps in the command and also not needing a totally separate command either...
