Hi DesuDeus, you are supposed to be able to copy/paste between 2 MoI windows.

Which version of MoI and on which operating system are you running where that is not working?

Are you certain you're getting the second window to be activated before you try to do the paste? Or do you possibly have keyboard focus in a text edit field while you are trying to do the paste? Because if a text field has focus it will try to only paste text into that field and not paste scene geometry.

I'm able to copy between two open instances of MoI... this is often part of my workflow so that I'm able to work intensely on one smaller part without worrying about messing anything else up in the whole.

Damn I was using cmd+C instead of ctrl+C

... you should maybe warn OSX users of that aha :)

Hi DesuDeus, actually on the Mac version the Cmd+C key is supposed to work in addition to Ctrl+C, both of those should get added as default shortcut keys in your MoI shortcuts list. Can you check in Options > Shortcut keys and see if it is listed in there or not?
