Left is the second chart I am working on, on cash optimization. Right is the wheel that I had drawn in MoI, exported to Illustrator, applied Pathfinder to create the areas that I color-coded light-medium-dark, then exported to Powerpoint and color-edited with the corporate palette of blues. I must have missed a step as all the colors are down a hue. Rats!

Quite good, but still not the individually editable shapes that I want. Naturally, I could do the coloring in Illustrator since I know the exact values for each color. I will keep searching...

I finally managed to get through, but that cost me half a Saturday :(

Honestly, it is not a MoI discussion, but rather more an Illustrator one. I HATE Illustrator ! But I have to admit that eventually you do get professional-level art out of it, but why does it have to be that painful ?

Now, I just have to tackle the other chart, and maybe one or two others so that they all have the same look and feel.
