Browser behaviour could also support clicking on item names as was earlyer.

I mean used to click on a name to select-add, ctrl-click to unselect. This speeds up a lot.

I'm guessing you're talking about the V3 beta, the selection system in the browser has been overhauled to accommodate more function, the changes are explained by Michael at the following link:
