Hi Brian, it looks interesting! But yes, libraries that are distributed under the GPL license can only be used in open source programs, I'm not able to use such libraries directly with MoI. There are various other license types that are not so strict as that one, but unfortunately it sounds like the authors did not decide to use one of those kinds of licenses.

Actually, he states in his licnesing that although released ander that particular one, he would most likely grant other licenses. But for companies, some amount of money.

I do like your sketch tool, but if this is doing anything like spiro's, it could be a good tool that has alot of interest? Maybe worth finding out what "a little bit of money" is.....

I'm more interested though in something to improve the curvature distribution of the curve "through points" tool, not so much the sketch tool, that one is pretty well behaved already.
