Yeah looking at the real photo, definitely that original front view is just some kind of perspective illustration, it's got a quite exaggerated perspective in it.

Now that you pointed out what I thought might be perspective in the drawings it stands out like a turd in cream.

Any recommendations for a site that has better blueprints for download without that issue?

The one I used does, I am sure, but I don't want to go through dozens of downloads to find ones that are ok.

Nice Dart. I had a 69 GT that I put a 360 into. Fun little 13 second car.

The red front end seemed a pretty good match when substituted and added to your .3dm.
Seems like nearly all the photo's for the Dodge dart are taken at an angle.

For photographic perspective correction, of which I know nothing, did a google search of "remove photo perspective,"

I appreciate the information on perspective fixing software but, if possible, I'd rather not add steps when I just like to play around with 3D modeling for fun.

Hi mjs - I have had a look around and you seem to have the only ones out there, however there are numerous reference pics for front and rear views. May I suggest that you use the side views and top view in that set of prints, the car is pretty much a box on wheels and should not pose too much of a problem in MoI, then fill in the details for the front and rear by using reference photos. Again it should be pretty easy from what I have seen.

Sorry if that's not what you want to hear, but you will soon find out that there are very few real good prints that are out there. It is also in my experience that if you approach the manufacturers directly, they may very well send you old brochures and technical drawings especially for models that are no longer in production and are hardly considered to be conceptual property any longer.

The other night I looked very hard on google for any other blueprints, perhaps a hundred or more sites,
including numerous photographs.
Did not find any other blueprints. Found the same blueprints on several other sites.
The red front end was the best, and seemed to match up well with your current top and side blueprints.
There is one photo with some of the bottom of the car, at an angle of course :-)

Kind of a bummer that there are not more resources online. Time to buy a scanner and make my own images to use.
