That came out really nice Danny. It looks like the plastic held some fairly tight tolerances. Did you need to make any adjustments or ream the holes at all?

Yeah I did, because of the nature of SLS printing it comes out a bit like fine sand paper with high and low spots, not much though, I had to open the holes up by 0.10mm (0.004") and the gears were a little tight at first but after a few spins they loosened up, I learned a lot about the end result of 3d printing and will make some adjustments in design to suit, if I was to make an injection mould the pieces would be more accurate, I did design clearances into the parts but not enough for printing.
