Hi Anton, there are some settings for adjusting 3dconnexion behavior in MoI under Options > View > Rotate/Pan/Zoom, in the right-hand side of that dialog in the "3Dconnexion options" section.

Inside there are some settings for "Rotation speed" and "Pan speed" - have you possibly adjusted those to some small values? If so then that could reduce the effect of rotating or panning to a small amount. The default values for those settings are 1, if you have something else put into there please set it back to 1 and see if that solves the problem.

You also might look in the driver settings to see if any similar kind of speed/scale value in the driver has been set to very low as well.
