Curves come straight

I have a problem: some curves if you zoom in enough they will see like straight lines.

Hi ed, are you talking about an extreme level of zoom like zooming in 10000 times or something like that? There is a certain point where you will be running into precision issues with the floating point mathematics that are used for calculations.

But it's hard to know if that's what you're running into just from your description, it would help if you could please post a 3DM model file with the particular curve in it that you are having an issue with, then I could examine it over here and let you know if it's just something normal or if there is really an issue with it.

I was not zooming that much, just a regular zoom, here is a file with some curves that have that problem. Im using MoI Mac.

wow..that is freaky..

if you rebuild the curve or move one of the control points(just slightly) than everything is fine but with the original setup, things really get weird. I am on win 7.

Hi ed, that's a display bug, it can happen if you have just a certain kind of S shape that as its start and end tangent going in the same direction. I'd like to fix that up in the future but it's a delicate area to improve without degrading performance and it's pretty rare.
