Hi niko, no there is not currently a rebuild surface command in MoI.

I do want to add one in the future.

Right now if you need to do a surface rebuild, I would recommend using Rhino along side of MoI, you can import your surface into Rhino and run Rhino's Rebuild command on it and then bring the result back into MoI.
