Hi Pilou, on their web site here: http://www.maideinc.com/ they seem to say it works only with SketchUp and Rhino. I guess they probably use some special plug-ins to each of those to control the application. So it likely will not work with MoI or probably any other 3D modeling programs other than those 2.

Stuff that involves 3DM file data transfer into Rhino will usually work with MoI, but things that work as plug-ins that run within Rhino and use Rhino's SDK are pretty different than that.

You can only run Rhino plug-ins inside of Rhino - plug-ins are usually very specific to one application.

You can try SpaceNavigator. I like to use mouse with MOI, is very quick.

I'm pretty sure it would be possible to write a universal input system based on a networked tablet that would emulate a mouse and a joystick -- at least for an Android tablet.
