Hi Luis, no the view controls toolbar is positioned by some custom C++ code to go in the bottom center of the viewport. Since it's not positioned by the HTML engine that particular area is not positionable through CSS.

I see. Say, would it be too hard to add more view control areas to map to the other edges and corners (ie. left, right, top, left-top, right-top, etc.) as well? at least along the top.

I would like to have a second area to drop additional icons for quick easy access in the same fashion as the view controls. :)

thanxs,

Luis

Unless V3's way of setting up the View Controls cluster has changed, I myself had added controls to the cluster for centering objects in view without zooming in on them and one for going to full screen mode.

Hi Mike, no nothing in v3 for the view controls has changed, you can still add new stuff in that toolbar by editing the ViewControls.htm file.
