I've bought Moi 3d since june, what a wonderful software, easy and so powerfull thanks Michael !!!

I'm a beginner in 3d modeling, my first model has been a simple dice, i've watched a lot of tutorials especially those from Magic, BurrMan, Pilou, and the terrific advices on this forum.

So my challenge was to imagine a advanced model, it took me 1 week (1/2 hour per day) to model a custom Shuriken.

Here is the result, i rendered it in KeyShot that is easy enough for me to work with.

I hope you'll like it, and thanks to all the community of Moi 3d for your kindness to explain so usefull stuff.

Hi talougo, your custom shuriken turned out great! That looks like it was a good project to get more familiar with MoI. I'm really glad that you like MoI and I hope that you'll be able to make many more models like this in the future!

zarkow i laughed a lot when i've watched this video, it's a sort of a Shuriken Boomerang, probably my next project !

Well it's not really a Chakram because when the Shuriken is folded back, the outside edges are not sharp.

A Chakram is a throwing weapon from India, its shape is of a flat metal hoop with a sharp outer edge.
