Does anyone have a script like this for MoI for creating exploded views? I know of the MoveExplode script, but that's not exactly what I am looking for.

Thanks,

Michael T.

Hi Michael T - there is not currently any method for saving a position and restoring it later.

That is something I'd like to add in the future but I'm not sure when.

Currently probably your best alternative is to just make a copy of the object and move it and then you can switch between the different positions by hiding the original object and showing the new one.

Is there something in particular that you're trying to do where just saving a second moved object does not let you get the job done?

- Michael

Hi Michael G. The copying to another style and turning off or hiding is what I have been doing. I was just trying to save some disk space :-)

Thanks,

Michael T.
