Hi Juan, this will get easier pretty soon when there is a proper project function, but for now here are the steps:

1 - select the surface:



2 - run edit/Trim:

3 - select the edge curve of the resulting hole:


4 - Do Edit/Copy:

5 - Do Undo:

6 - Do Edit/Paste:

The result is the projected curve:
