SimLab Composer is a very robust and simple using program!
I have made the French version of it (UI + manual) ;)

I bought it and I'm not so happy. The PDF creation isn't robust. It's a young product and need a lot of refinement for a professional use. It could be a great tool, but ... I'm waiting and waiting.
