Remember that the recent large earthquake actually shifted the earths axis by something like 10 meters, so the calender now changes...

So you have to calculate the bi-lateral distribution of the overall retro motion of solidity dynamics to get to the underlying root value of equatic quantation and then compensate for the fluidity of "caso-normal", which leaves you with an hortmaticle resulting value leading towards future easy computation.
