Moi Crash for me...

Hi !

I'm a new MOI user and I love the application ! I use Moi3d V2 Trail and my computer crashes sometimes (totally blackout my computer and restart it). It seems to have problem something to do with Construction plane and my graphic card or when I move things around the screen to fast. Is there anything I can do to prevent future crashes, can I change some preferences so it becomes more easy to work.

Win Seven 64bit
IntelCore2Quad
NVIDIA GEFORCE 7800 GTX

Thanks in advance

Hi urban_h - that kind of "blue screen" total system crash most likely indicates some kind of bug in your video driver. So it's not really a matter of adjusting settings - you need to get a newer video driver that does not have the bug in it.

I'd recommend leaving all video card settings just at their default - often times that says "application controlled" in the video card driver settings.

Try going directly to the nVidia web site and download drivers from there - often times there is a newer driver on their web site than what you may find through Windows Update.

Also if you can find any setting under the video card settings that says "Enable threaded optimizations" try disabling that.

Side-note, apparently all the 8800GTX type cards are failing around this time (mine did earlier)... so yours might be on the way out, too :(

Hey Steve,
Remember that the recent large earthquake actually shifted the earths axis by something like 10 meters, so the calender now changes...

So you have to calculate the bi-lateral distribution of the overall retro motion of solidity dynamics to get to the underlying root value of equatic quantation and then compensate for the fluidity of "caso-normal", which leaves you with an hortmaticle resulting value leading towards future easy computation. This is the simple explanation of course, but I'm sure the govt. has the final, complete analysis posted!

I think we now say "Ciao cruel world!" :o

""""""""Can we replicate that in MoI Burr ?"""""""

Hi Danny,
I'm pretty sure that MoI's expressions system can handle it. Here is a sample file of the theory result.

Roughly.... My example left out the bi-lateral distribution of the overall retro motion of solidity dynamics, so it was still give or take! :o
