Hi Mark, yeah you'll probably want to save as a Rhino v4 file out from Rhino after adding things like dimensions - if I remember right there are a couple of things like line styles that will probably not get preserved if you save to a Rhino v3 file.

BTW, when I add the dimensions in Rhino and then look at the file in MoI again, the dimensions don't show up. Why is that? Is there a way to make them show up in MoI?

Hi Mark, there is not a mechanism present yet in MoI to display dimensions, that's something that I want to add in the future.

Dimensions are kind of a specialized object type, they're a different category of thing than curves and lines and surface geometry.

At the moment MoI is only focused on working on geometry and not on annotations like dimensions.

You can explode the dimensions in Rhino and then they will go into MoI....
