The tricky part is that there is a whole different set of development tools used for developing iPad apps, and I'm not familiar with them. So it's not something that I would really be able to just jump into and do particularly quickly, it would take a while to get up to speed.

Being just 1 person working on MoI kind of makes it difficult for me to explore completely different areas like that.

There are other format viewers out there and MoI having excellent translators I'm sure there is a viewer to suit our needs.

I Googled one of the export formats that MoI handles including the words ipad viewer and came up with this;
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/stl-viewer/id351268929?mt=8

I don't think we need a dedicated MoI native file viewer.

Cheers

Within the next few days SimLab V2.3. will be published and will have a new Export file format, called *.zim.
This *. zim files can be used with the free "SimLab CAD Viewer" on the iPad.
App Store: simlab cad viewer
