Hi Rudl,

Try joining the surfaces first. It also looks like a radius (fillet) of 1 is too large for the geometry. 0.5 worked. See attached JPEG.

Hi Rudl - yeah so what was happening there is if you have 2 unjoined edges selected when you do a fillet, those are treated the same as 2 curves.

When filleting 2 curves, it produces a curve result, like making an arc between 2 lines for example.
