Model looks great, in Keyshot you should take a look at the gamma for the HDRI, it can make a huge difference and will help avoid the blow out to white you are getting on the metal elements. In the Keyshot forum look up renders by Cholton and you can see some good examples of cast metal parts. Gamma is essentially the contrast of the HDRI sometimes it is way to high blows out the subtlety.

Have you posted it at the keyshot forum, probably some good advice on offer there?
