Hi Anis,

I remember someone else has posted before about having problems with IE 9 Beta.
Michael's answer was to uninstall the IE 9 Beta & return it to IE 8.

regards Colin

Hi Anis, yup that is a bug in the IE9 beta, they will most likely be fixing that problem before their final release.

It's actually just a cosmetic problem though, if you move your mouse over the control area the controls will appear and actually be usable.

If you don't want to work with that cosmetic problem right now, then you will need to uninstall the IE9 beta and go back to IE8, like Colin mentions.

Hi Michael and Collins...

Thanks for the info, sorry...forgot to search on the forum first before asking here,,,,

Michael, is the "ui engine" as replacement for IE ready to implement on the first beta of MoI V3 ?

Thanks...

Yes, the shift away from the mshtml.dll IE engine will be part of the first MoI v3 betas, but the work for it is still currently in progress.

It is coming along well though, I've got something now that is starting to resemble MoI again.

Hi JTB, yup it looks like the bugs from the previous IE9 beta version that affected MoI are now fixed in the latest IE9 RC version. So that's a good sign.

Display still flakes for me when I open moi. If I minimize then maximize everything appears.
I have IE9 RC, Version 9.0.8080.16413 running in Win7 x64
