Hi Mana - right now there isn't an automatic way. But if you use the Draw curve / Freeform / Control points tool, if you place the first two points and last two points matching the tangent of an existing curve, that will basically be a type of blend.

To help in placing the second inside point on the tangent, you can click and drag on the existing curves to create construction lines there to track on to. Let me know if you need more details on how this works.

Hi,

You can extrude existing curves (Construct/Extrude) a bit and make a blend surface between this two surfaces
with G1 or G2 continuity (Construct/Blend). Then you just extract the edge of blend
surface (Select edge, Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste -- or Ctrl+drag it) and delete unnecessary stuff...
