I'm so saddened to hear this!

I'm definitely going to miss his nice models with unusual textures!

From the couple of PM's I've shared with him, he was a very nice and humorous guys!

RIP, Brian!

"I hope I can be as passionate about something right up to the end, as Brian was."

Definitely seems he had a tireless spirit. And as unique as anyone I've met here or otherwise. Sorry to hear that he's gone... :(

Really sad news I was always inspired by Brian, he had a lively mind always creating and pushing for new things. I hope I have a some of that attitude when i am anywhere near his age. In fact at any age.

thanks Paolo for letting us know the sad news, maybe these comments should be collected and sent to the Brians family? I have seen similar sentiments at the 3d coat and Carrara forums.

Sad news, but he had not been well for a long time.

Rest in peace, Brian.

That got me by surprise, a very sad news to hear.

Hi all,

Is there anyone who knows how to contact his family? I only ask because I think it would be a good thing for us on the MoI forum that were fortunate enough to have someone like Brian as a "Fellow MoI Knight" (sorry for the new forum users title :-)) if we tried to put together MoI sympathy card to send to his family.

If I'm out of line here, please let me know.
