Probably not so much for stuff like that, more like if you wanted to produce 2D drawings for printing and construction with things like dimensions and annotations on them.

You could export your MoI models into FreeCAD and then use stuff in FreeCAD to generate the final 2D drawing.

Also it looks like it has a hidden-line drawing generation feature, which tends to be hard to find in free software, so that is interesting:
