It would be so cool if the hobby of modeling can be turned into a hobby of affordable model making!

Seeing that the fan blades came out okay is a great indication that the process is mature enough now to seriously consider doing something like this.

It would be great if you folks could list somewhere here the fab houses that you're using so we all could perhaps experiment a bit with having things created from MoI models!

What would be even cooler is over time having MoI's gallery filled with pictures of physical models instead of just digital images like most others! ;-)

I'm still kind of blown away by how good the prices for this stuff have become.

It does not really seem like too long ago that it would be more like 5x to 10x as much.

Very nice! It's difficult to see from the photo, but was the RP output "ready for primetime"?

I've had instances in the past where output from say, a Viper needed to be treated before the model was considered ready for paint.
