Regarding the Array Gem command, I seem to have something backwards or not setting right. My "Gem" is needed to be upside down to get the result I want. Is it taking into account the "shape of the gem" to do an orientation?

Hi Burr, your surface has its "positive normal direction" side opposite of what you are expecting.

Use the Flip command on it (type it in or set on a keyboard shortcut) to flip the surface's positive normal direction to the opposite and then it should work as you wanted.

That was it. Now I understand what it's doing! :o

Hi Brian, the Flip command does actually get installed by default with the app, it is not a plug-in that needs to be installed separately. But because there is no icon set up for it yet to actually trigger it you have to set up a keyboard shortcut or type in the command name.

In v3 I am hoping to have some UI set up that will hold a menu of additional commands for stuff like this.
