Small bug in Beta_2_Oct_19_09.

1. Open 3dm file by double clicking file name or icon.

2. Select object(s) in layout, no info is displayed.

When a new object is created, all info/edit info works as expected.



This is not a problem if the File Open/Import dialog is used, just with
double click Open method.

I've got it fixed up for the next beta release.

The bug was that the properties panel was not being initialized properly until at least one command had been run.
