Hi Petr, it's very interesting! It seems to be some kind of university research project.

The manipulator there does not look so much like it would work in other situations though, it seems to be tuned for their animation purposes. It's rather huge and doesn't just go around the outside of an object, it seems to go completely over top of it and kind of take things over.
