I am doing the lamp tutorial and I am trying to fillet the lower edges of the switch. See attached image.

The edges will not fillet at the shown .08 radius. I have tried to go much smaller, .01 radius, but the radius will not appear.

I understand that the fillet can be limited by the space available of the exposed edges.

What else can I try to produce the radius.

Can you post the file?

Leave the top edge out of the fillet.

Sorry joe. I didnt see the pre-filleted edges.

I undid the fillets on the box and then re tried and got results, but still some would not and some would be odd.

Version of MoI 2.0 beta Aug-8-2009.

Nice, I missed that. I also did a .03. There is some folding in starting to happen in the top area.

In the tutorial they did first the upper fillet and then the lower fillet. I will re-watch the video, Maybe the closer edge is taller than I made it. Looks like the fillets are running together.
