If someone has the 3dm2Sculpt converter program on their machine, can you please post a reply here with it attached?

It seems that all the download links for it on the Second Life wiki (http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/3dm2sculpt) are currently broken.

Is it a command line tool? if so how to I do it I ran it and the screen flicked looked almost like a dos screen for a sec or something like tha and thats it. installed the c++ thing too

Also you can't convert just any kind of model that you create in MoI, because Sculpt maps are like a rectangular sheet. You can only convert an untrimmed surface and not something like an object that has been trimmed or booleaned from multiple pieces.
