Here's the final model for the War Rocket Galacteers Faction. The main body will be cast out of resin with the other 9 pieces being made of metal. This piece will be around 4 inches long.

We're really excited about these. The game is actually very fun to play. There are four different factions. The Galacteers (good guys), Imperials (bad guys), Zenethians (Flying Saucer Men) and the Valkeeri (Demon Women.) Each miniature will be sold on an individual basis so people will be able to purchase any of these miniatures without having to buy the whole game. We're looking around October 2009 for a release.

Reminds me of the movie Zathura - was just watching that with my grand daughter a coupla weeks ago. :-P

Yes! The ships in Zathura were awesome. When designing these ships, we went back to all the original pulp art work to ensure that we were using design elements that were present in the 1940's and 1950's. If we didn't, we'd introduce too many modern elements that they wouldn't have used.
