I was wondering if you have considered "viewpositions" and the ability to capture and recall them. Maybe with the history work and browser integration?

Hi Burr, yes I do want to add in a "saved views" type function in the future. Maybe with a batch of stuff related to rendering...

Not quite sure exactly when it will happen though.

Yes I think this would be useful too, but for me, it would be great if we could have something like this before all the rendering stuff as it would just be for checking the model IE one or more fixed cameras from different view points and then one working camera which you can use as the modelling camera which would save you overly naviagting just using the one camera.

I dont know if you will add rendering stuff to MoI... :)
It will be perfect for product design, mechanical design and architecture.

BTW, can you tell us little bit about the plan ?
I know it will not come in the near time, but at least we want to know the plan.

I don't have any totally fixed plans yet...

But I do generally want to add what I would call "communication" features to MoI in the future - these are features that help you to communicate aspects of your design to other people.
