I've been using your great program for a while and really love it and I'm in China.
Why don't you put your program development status & potential features list or an even schedule so we moifans would be eager to see some predictable future?
this is an indeed program for a designer....

Hi Jack, I'm glad you like it!

I'm afraid my schedule is somewhat disorganized. I like to say "fluid" instead because that sounds better... :)

I have a list but things tend to shift around quite a bit, depending on a variety of factors, like how many people are asking for something, how difficult something is, and if I have suddenly got an idea on how to make a particular thing work well.

Right this moment I am working on fixing a bug in Scale1d.

Tomorrow I will be working on a bug fix for loft, so that lofting won't be so sensitive to the spacing between curves, and then working on some array and alignment tools. Once those are ready I will release a new beta, it shouldn't be very far away.

Some other things in this upcoming beta are some new language support - you can now switch the UI between English, French, German, and Spanish. The work to enable these languages will also lead make it easier to do other translations in the future.

There is also a major bug fix for booleans, several booleans that used to fail will now work.

There are several other minor bug fixes.

For the next beta after that, the biggest things will probably be on image backgrounds and also I'll probably try to get a canceling mechanism for some operations like fillet and booleans.

That's about what the current schedule looks like...

Before too long I will probably try to stop adding new features to get ready to release the 1.0 version.

Damn - that's a pretty nice little roadmap for someone with such a "fluid" schedule. :) Can't wait to try the new array functionality and the boolean fixes will be most welcome - I've been encountering their current limitations a lot more regularly of late.
