Hi Peter - in order to blend between surfaces you need to select a surface edge.

You happen to have a closed curve object in the same location as the surface edge, probably some curves that were used to construct the surface?

Hide or delete those curves so that you can select the surface edges and then you will be able to make a blend between edges.

Let me know if you are still stuck.

michael i´m stuck i hided everything i could think of but it doesnt blend on this shape. it was made from blends.....
Initially I only had 2 curves ... I extruded those deleted the initial curves and blended the edges... then I mirrored the whole thin and blended the mirrored shapes together.
then I madce an offset and I alwas had the initial corners deleted before i wanted to blend those 2 offstes i hid the middle lines but no chance to get them to blend 1
the other shape that I ashow you here works flawlessly..
Peter

Hi Peter, I'm not quite sure what result you're looking for, but here are some steps.

First there is this outer ring of curve objects:

Those are the ones that you need to delete or hide before being able to select edges.

Then select a pair of edges like this:

And run Construct / Blend to make a smooth surface between them:

MoI's blend is currently limited to only being able to perform a blend between 2 edges at a time. Currently if you want to do it between 2 things that have a different edge setup like if one is broken into pieces, then you need to select the longer edge, and break it into similar pieces using Trim with "Add trim points" to place a break point to cut up the edge.
