You could even manufacture a "threaded" peice on the head that accepts a real lightbulb. So it ships without the bulb, just screw your own in. :O

I yet have to find a way to cut inside threads... Irregular large objects do not exhibit a lot of stbility if rotated to fast and I have not found a rotating cutter small enough to fit into the inside of a reasonable small hole to cut threads... But in general... yes... Maybe a dentist drill head. I always wanted one for this and similar purposes but those are expensive. Real expensive.
