Hi Paolo, thanks for the example. I think it is probably related but it is good to have more examples.
On something that is very regular shaped like this you can probably get a better result with a one-rail sweep though. One thing that one-rail sweep will do differently than 2-rail is to always perform the sweep along individual segments of the rail curve. This can make for cleaner junctures between pieces with lines and arcs such as you have here.
Also it can be less work to set up the profiles, you only need to use a single one (unless I have misunderstood your shape).
So for example, take just this single profile:
And then sweep it using just that one rail curve, that will make for cleaner corners that are actually separate surfaces:
