What do you think about a sweep?

Though I'm pretty certain that some of the people here that are used to doing these kind of things will join in and suggest that you look at the bigger picture. That is doing it in one big piece and then trimming it.

How about a network of curves and a boolean merge of curves and surface?

I did this with fillet, but maybe because we used different numbers and my fillet numbers just fit???

Thought it looked close.

Hi telnoi,

> Issue, the fillet radius is limited due to the construction of the loft.

If you could post a 3DM model file with the lofted surfaces in it, that may help me understand what issue you were running into here.

Maybe you are trying to loft around a tight bend, when you may need to instead make that a sharp corner and rely on filleting to round it off as well as the other corner?

I would probably normally think of doing what you show there with filleting like Burr shows.

Some other ideas from some previous posts:

Thank you all for your suggestions. I will have to try them out in a couple of days from now, as my job requires my full attention atm (no time for playing). I will post a few screenshots of the result in the near future.
