First, nice job on the meshing speed in the new Beta!!! I don't have numbers, but very noticable on my 6850 3 GHz duo.

Attached 3dm file and screen cap of OBJ export settings used. Face disappears at mesh angle 4,6 & 7, 5 seems OK.

Hi Steve, thanks for posting the example file!

I can reproduce the problem over here and tomorrow I'll take a closer look at it.

It seems to be a problem with triangulation - actually with those settings you show where the hole shows up, if you do the export you should find the n-gon polygon for that face is actually written to your exported file even though it is not being displayed there properly.
