my dear Michael
once again i say that moi is a really nice and innovating software!
even more now, that it has that orgasmic "ngon"meshing ...
My question is... does it offers only a wireframe view?
i'd really like a shaded only view (without wire frame)and a enviroment map view...

Hi Giulio, right now there is only a single view style. I do want to add more kinds of view options later on, but I won't be able to work on that for a while yet.

One thing you can do is go to options and uncheck "Display hidden-line curves" and "Display hidden-line edges". This will remove the dashed wireframes from the view.

You can also select individual edges and use Edit/Hide on them if you want to hide them for a particular object.

Sure Michael is genious, no doubt of that when you see his wonderful prog,
but don't forget also people who discovered the fantastic nurbs and splines and beziers curves / surfaces !
Mr Pierre Bezier for example :) 1910 1999

but there are some drawings showing the genius system (slide the page) for the first curves lines of his name :)

http://www-gmm.insa-toulouse.fr/%7Erabut/bezier/ (some in inglish too, it's the quasi full writings of Mr Pierre Bezier !

I don't know about being a genius ;) , it's more just lots and lots of hard work. As of this month, I have been working on MoI for 3 years straight now...

I'm glad you like it!

talking seriously moi3d is really heading in a new way, wich will lead to a very new concpet of software.
A new software wich feels more like a part of the designer body rhater than a misterious thing that you have to discover.
A great workflow is the result:smooth operation, easy and "ergonomic"interface, fantastic pen-tablet comunication...

As of now it's still a beta, when moi3d will reach a non-beta stage...god.then other nurbs modeller will be just a step before it!
