Wacom Intuos is the best - I used an A5 Intuos 1 for many years with no troubles. Upgraded to an A4 Intuos 3 last year. I also have an A5 Intuos 3 I use at work for everything from ProE through CorelDraw and just general Windows and MS Office stuff.

My first Wacom was the ArtPad with 512 pressure levels. Then I got an Intuos, the difference with 1024 pressure levels was very apparent. A colleague at work got a cheaper tablet and regretted it. He doesn't use it now.

So my advice is, if you are sure you will use the tablet then:

If you can afford it go for the Intuos. If you can't afford it, wait, keep saving and go for the Intuos. Or, buy cheaper software then go for an Inutos :-)

Regards
Tony
