Hi,

I can't seem to boolean these objects, the cube in the middle works ok, but the other part does not. I'm trying to difference boolean it with the circular shape. Trimming doesn't give the necessary results either, it doesn't also trim the concave backside of the object.

Hi Bhuio, I just gave it a quick try over here and it seemed to work for me (results attached). What version of MoI are you using?

Does it appear to be functioning differently if you open the file now?

So strange.....after reading your post I just reopened the exact same scene file I sent you, and now it works!

Could be a problem with history interfering? I am using the latest beta btw (nov 2).

Hmmm, I don't think that history would cause this. Somehow that one object must have been very slightly messed up (just due to a bug in some previously used mechanism) and just saving it and reading it back in tuned up whatever the problem was. Unfortunately it is pretty difficult to figure out what might have gone wrong at this point since it is fixed...

Please let me know if you run into something like this again.
