The small bolt reminds me of the ones you find on the tool stock of a lathe.
Maybe a few chamfers around the head ?

Here's for your collection. I don't think it's technicaly accurate, however I'm happy with the result :)

It takes me more than an hour to find a good solution to produce a 100% fillet version, not so easy that it seems.

How did you make the torx pocket with curved bottom?

I would have extruded the torx outline, trimmed the bottom with a curve, then subtracted this solid from the screw head.

Looks like you may have an easier method?
