After a bit of work in Photoshop, I think!!!!, I may have come up with a good texture for the cauliflower "flower".

If you have Carrara, let me know if you would like the .cbr file.

Hi Brian,

That it certainly looking a lot better now. What does let it down a little is the repetitiveness of the leaves, what I would suggest is to scale the leaves differently, make some more narrow, some shorter etc, you could even make a mirror image for some and scale them, then set them at different intervals around the main body.

Actually there are a pair of leaves involved of different size but I agree, I should have had much more variation.
In most thinks I am impatient and tend to explore ideas rather than take them to ideal completion.
