Only thing which looks obvious is the sharp transition of the legs into the body. I would suggest that you could have simplified tha by pulling points to shape the legs. Or make sure to create the body surface so it's edge seam will not be near to the leg intersection. This way you can create nice big G2 fillets and there will be no visible transition... But i like your render. It definitely has that "museum" feeling to it. and i think most people would find little or nothing to criticize... Perhaps add a little bit more antique feeling in the gui texture...
